Ordering & Shipping

To order

Email info@borray.com the item number, quantity needed, color (if applicable), and address to ship to. Please refer to our catalog item numbers. If you cant find a specific item, feel free to send us a discription and dimensions and we can refer you to something similar or the costs to manufacture the custom part.
We will send you an estimate of costs for you to approve. Once approval is recevied by us, we will send you an invoice to purchase using a credit card and start processing your order. The order will be shipped when all of your order is complete and we have received payment. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item in your order will take longer than expected.

Delivery term

To limit waste, many of our products are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for manufacturing added to your shipping time to receive your order. Rush orders are available at additional costs. For quantities over 100 please contact us for lead time.

Custom Designs

We are open to new designs and ideas. Buyer is responsible for mold cost. Drawings and molds made by Borray Manufacturer, Inc. become property of Borray Manufacturer, Inc.

Damages and Acceptance

• All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Any shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Returns

• No returns will be accepted without proper authorization.
• Custom orders will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
• No returns will be accepted after 45 days from purchase date.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
